This guide explains why we are “rusting” from the inside out and how Molecular Hydrogen (Hydrogen) acts as the ultimate tool to repair and protect your cells. 

Part 1: The Problem (Internal “Rusting”) 

Your mitochondria are the “power plants” inside your cells. They produce energy (ATP), but they also produce exhaust fumes known as Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS)
